OFA Champion of Health Kovu

This month the OFA is pleased to feature the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Ch. Caraway Celebrate Life, "Kovu," as our Champion of Health. Kovu is bred and owned by Dr. Beth Verner and Dr. Betty Chapman, and is co-bred with Dr. Gary Crawley.  He is handled by Shari & RC Carusi.

Kovu is the top winning Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier of all time. His show record includes 11 all breed Best in Shows, over 30 Group Firsts, and 11 specialty wins, including 3 consecutive National Specialty wins at Montgomery County. We particularly congratulate his owners on his incredible Montgomery weekend last month where he won back-to-back Best in Shows at Hatboro, a Group 2 at Devon, and Best of Breed at the SCWTCA National and on to a Group 3 at Montgomery County.
